Refund & Cancellation Policy

All communication regarding bookings of tour packages or travel services must be directed to TOTAL TRADEX COMPANY PRIVATE LIMITED.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your tour or travel services due to any reason (avoidable or unavoidable), please inform us in writing. The cancellation will be effective from the date we receive your written notice. The following cancellation charges will apply:

  • 60 to 30 days prior to arrival – 25% of the booking amount

  • 29 to 15 days prior to arrival – 50% of the booking amount

  • 14 to 07 days prior to arrival – 75% of the booking amount

  • 06 days or less, or in case of no show – No refund

Please note that no refunds will be issued for cancellations during the following periods, regardless of the reason:

  • Festival Periods (e.g., Diwali, Dussehra, Holi, Pushkar Fair, etc.)

  • High Peak Season (20th December to 15th January)

Refund Policy

For any unused or unutilized services that were paid for and cancelled in advance, the refund will be processed according to the cancellation policy outlined above. The refund will be issued to the person who made the original payment.

Please allow 2–4 weeks for the refund to be processed due to banking timelines and holidays. If the refund is made via credit card or bank transfer, any applicable bank charges will be deducted from the refunded amount.

User Responsibilities

Provide accurate, complete, and current information during bookings. Ensure compliance with visa, passport, and travel regulations. Arrive on time and adhere to the terms of the booked service provider (check-in times, baggage rules, etc.).
