Booking Confirmation
A formal contract between TOTAL TRADEX COMPANY PRIVATE LIMITED and the client will be established upon confirmation of services and receipt of an advance payment. The balance amount must be paid before the commencement of the services.The required advance payment may vary based on the nature of the service and the proximity to the travel date. TOTAL TRADEX COMPANY PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to determine the advance amount required for confirmation.
Mode of Payment
All payments must be made in the name of TOTAL TRADEX COMPANY PRIVATE LIMITED. Domestic clients may choose from the following payment methods:
Credit Card (American Express / Visa / MasterCard)
Debit Card (Visa / MasterCard / Maestro)
UPI (PayTM, Google Pay, BHIM)
Bank Transfer (RTGS / NEFT)
Cash or Cheque
Important Notes:
Payments made via credit/debit card will incur a 3.5% additional bank charge over the total amount.
All payments must be free from any withholding tax or deductions.
Any remittance charges by the remitting or intermediary bank are the responsibility of the payer.
TOTAL TRADEX COMPANY PRIVATE LIMITED staff or representatives will never request sensitive banking information such as card numbers, CVV, passwords, OTPs, or ask for transfers to personal accounts.
We also do not ask clients to install third-party remote access apps like AnyDesk or TeamViewer.
